ADOBE Contest Drawing rules
1. All entrants must register at www.outofhandfestival.com to be eligible for drawing.
2. THERE IS NO PURCHASE OR SUBMISSION NECESSARY TO ENTER DRAWING.
3. A valid email address must be included with registration.
4. Drawing will be chosen from the first one hundred unique registered entrants.
5. OOH has the right to cancel the drawing at any time prior to the end of the contest if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the contest.
6. All entrants must be at least 17 years of age. Age of winner will be subject to verification.
7. All entrants must be PT or FT students enrolled in a 2-4yr college or university. Student status will be verified prior to awarding prize.
8. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY. Contest is void in all states where prohibited.
9. Contest not open to employees of OOH or members of their immediate family or household.
10. Odds of winning are 1 out of the first 100 unique entrants.
11. Contest will commence at 12:01 am EST on November 1st, 2009 and end at 11:59pm EST on January 31st, 2010.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 15 days after the end of the contest. To receive the name of the winner, send a stamped self-addressed envelope within 30 days after the end of the contest to OOH – Winner, at Out of Hand, 47 Murray Street, New York, NY 10028.
13. The winner will receive a complete ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE 4 DESIGN PREMIUM package.
