The Denver’s Big City Burrito restaurant learned that lesson quite well when millions of customers herded through its doors after mailing coupons to local residents offering them a free burrito to those who texted a short code.

And how fast does good news spread...Customers were forwarding this SWEET deal to their whole address books. I don’t want to spoil the whole story, but Big City Burrito had to alter its coupon deal due to the massive turnout. Just read the story for yourself.
