On the way to your summer retreat or just halted on the subway, many of us go to our mobile devices for entertainment. These little gadgets have given us a resource for pleasure when in an unfavorable situation. Although many would say tetris or brick breaker are the best games out there, wouldn't you want to prove them wrong and publish your own application.

Right now, applications and games are the most desired tool for every company trying to break into the interactive mobile landscape including the Out of Hand International Festival.
