MY NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION-SHED THEM POUNDS
Published in Untagged by OOH
That champagne and nachos really did me in this holiday season. I feel pretty large and in charge right now. Although I still would like to be in charge (at my job-hint,hint), I think that it wouldn’t hurt to shed off some of those pounds before Valentine’s Day! That fab Herve Leger red dress is calling my name.
The first thing that I did when ’09 arrived was search the web for the latest diet trend. Instead of finding the next detox of only water with fresh squeezed lemon and lettuce, I discovered this list of the top 10 iPhone Apps to Lose Weight . I mean I just got the iPhone from my boyfriend and can’t get enough of it. The list includes applications that can count your daily caloric intake to one that gives you your yoga fix on the run. Since I am a yogi at heart, the Pre-a-Yoga-Lite is my fave. What’s yours?
I created an account with Livestrong’s Calorie Intake. It is pretty time consuming, but would give Lance a pat on the back for effort. On the other hand, iPump Free Workout is a blast. I couldn’t help but crank up my iTune play list and work on my buns of steal. Since several of these applications are free, I recommend giving them all a try. Let me know what your personal opinions are of these applications. Click on this article to see the top 10 fitness applications. Looking forward to see how everyone is usin their new iPhone toy! I’m sure usin mine.

| I could do without the Calorie Tracker, but the StepTrackLite is extremely useful for me since I tend to use my hour break to walk around and enjoy the fresh air. Lately I have been trying to increase my activity each week. Let's see how long that lasts. | |
