Out of Hand Festival is a competition which calls for three minute or less content - of whatever kind that mobile devices can support. It's an online festival of content strictly for mobile and wireless gizmos.

Out of Hand is entering its second year followed by a wildly successful launch in 2009 with over 2,500 entries from 81 countries. Winners are honored with cash, smart phones and software prizes. The festival starts anew with a fresh slate in 2010.
